Documents Required

Pre-requisites

• Passport – Issued within the last 10 years, containing at least two blank pages, and valid for at least three months beyond the departure date.
• ID Photograph – As per Photo Specifications.
• UK Residency –
  • Provide a UK eVisa printout from UKVI with a valid share code.
• Official Travel Document – If applicable, a Note Verbale is required.

Visa Type-Specific Requirements

Artistic or Cultural Talent

• Proof of artistic or literary status, such as published works, performances, or contracts.
• Employment contract or agreements confirming at least three months of engagements in France.
• Proof of financial resources equivalent to 70% of the minimum wage in France.

Business Creator Talent

• Master’s degree or proof of five years of professional experience in a similar field.
• Detailed business plan, including financial projections.
• Proof of an investment of at least €30,000 in the business.
• Certification from the Ministry of the Economy regarding the viability of the business.

Employee on Mission Talent

• Employment contract with a French company.
• Letter detailing the purpose of the mission and duration of stay.
• Salary must be at least 1.8 times the French minimum wage.

Company Representative Talent

• Proof of appointment as a corporate representative in France.
• Evidence of three months of seniority in the same company/group.
• Proof of a monthly salary at least three times the French minimum wage.

Innovative Enterprise Employee Talent

• Employment contract of at least three months with an innovative company.
• Recognition from the Ministry of the Economy confirming the company’s innovative status.
• Salary must be at least twice the French minimum wage.

Innovative Economic Project Talent

• Documentation proving the innovative nature of the business.
• Recognition by a French public body supporting the project.
• Proof of sufficient funds to sustain residency in France.

Person with National or International Recognition Talent

• Proof of recognition in a field such as science, literature, arts, or education.
• Supporting letters from professional organizations or institutions.
• Documentation detailing the project in France.

Qualified Employee Talent

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
• Employment contract of more than three months with a French company.
• Salary must be at least twice the French minimum wage.

Scientific Researcher Talent

• Agreement to host a researcher, signed by an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific field.

Proof of Accommodation

• Hotel booking or rental agreement, stating the applicant’s full name, stay dates, and address.
• Attestation d’Accueil from the local town hall in France, if staying with a host.

Proof of Travel

• Confirmed return ticket (plane, ferry, bus, etc.).

Proof of Finance

• Bank statements from the last three months showing sufficient funds.
• Proof of income, sponsorship, or business funding, depending on the visa category.

Travel Health Insurance

• Minimum coverage of €30,000 for medical expenses, including emergencies.

Photo Specifications

• Recent and True to Appearance: The photograph must reflect your current appearance and must not be older than six months.
• Size Requirements: The photo should be between 35 mm and 40 mm wide.
• Face Proportion: The face should occupy 32 mm to 36 mm(approximately 70-80% of the photo) from chin to forehead, excluding hair.
• Background: A plain, light-coloured background is required, with no shadows or patterns.
• Expression: A neutral expression, with both eyes open and clearly visible. No excessive smiling or frowning.
• Head Position: The face must be cantered and looking directly at the camera.
• Glasses & Accessories: No tinted glasses, reflections, or glare; frames must not cover the eyes. Head coverings are only permitted for religious or medical reasonsand must not obscure facial features.
