  • Your application is processed by the relevant authorities. Once approved, your new passport or ID card is sent to you by courier.

  • We provide continuous support and updates throughout the process.

Documents Required

Please note: All documents must be presented in paper format during your appointment.

• Identification: Valid French National Identity Card (CNIS). If expired for over five years, provide a full birth certificate issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Residence: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or any official document showing your current address.
• Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photos meeting the specified standards.
• Previous Passport: If applying for a renewal, bring your most recent passport.
• Additional Documents: Depending on individual circumstances, further documentation may be required.

Important Information

• Appointment Booking: Each individual must have a separate appointment. Combined applications for both passport and identity card can be made during a single appointment.
• Processing Time: Processing times can vary. It’s advisable to apply well in advance of any planned travel.
• Collection: Passports can be collected in person or sent securely to your residence. Specify your preference during the application process.
